Building Live Map Tracking with SignalR

Live tracking does not mean sending a location every second. Send on a minimum distance delta or every few seconds, whichever is further apart, batch updates per order inside the hub, and use SignalR groups so a client only receives updates for its own shipment. This cuts battery drain and server message volume dramatically.
