Tickets and voice calls inside the press.
Plus customers booking and following from their phone.
Plus an owner app with reports and settings.
In pressing season, farmers crowd the press yard for hours, and the queue lives on paper or in someone's memory, so arguments over who came first are common. Customers never know when their turn will come, and the owner never knows how much was pressed today or when the peak hours are.
A staff desk issues tickets by number of sacks and prints them, “call next” on each line closes the previous ticket by itself, and a big queue display calls numbers in a recorded human voice. Customers book from the app and follow how many are ahead and the expected wait, computed from the actual pressing speed, with an alert as their turn nears. The owner follows the lines, reports and the season's trend and manages settings from their phone.
A ticket booked from the app appears on the staff desk at once; when it's called, it's heard on the display and reaches the customer's phone. Each visitor gets an isolated press with three lines, a month of the season and a queue running since the morning, wiped automatically an hour after last use.
