The problem
Pitch bookings usually happen by phone, so slots clash and requests get lost, staff track the day on paper, and the owner can’t see revenue, expenses, net profit or peak hours unless on site.
A football pitch booking system built as two pillars — a pitch landing page and a single mobile app with three roles (customer, staff, manager) that runs the whole pitch — on one database with real-time sync, based on a real pitch’s system.
Click any part to try it live.
The pitch’s public face: categories with prices and the active offer struck through, today’s free slots live, description, facilities and address, and an app download button. Works standalone.
One app with three roles on the same account — Android and browser, real-time.

Two pillars on one database: a landing page showing categories with prices, the active offer with struck-through price, today’s free slots live, and the pitch’s description and facilities; and one app with three roles on the same account — customer mode to book instead of calling, staff mode to run the day with new requests ringing instantly, and manager mode, which is the admin panel itself: categories, offers, expenses, revenue, net and peak hours from the phone, with no web panel or computer.
A request sent by a player rings at the staff and manager at the same instant, and any offer or price the manager changes from the phone shows immediately on the landing page and the customer app — the whole pitch in the owner’s pocket.
