Management System

Sufra — QR Digital Menu & Table Ordering

An integrated system for restaurants and cafés built as four pillars — a QR digital menu, an admin dashboard, a kitchen & bar display, and a waiter screen — all on one database with real-time sync, yet each pillar ships independently.

Each waiter sees only their section: accept or reject orders with a reason, calls, ready alerts, and ordering on the guest’s behalf.

The story

The problem

Restaurants rely on paper menus that are costly to update, orders are relayed by hand between table and kitchen so they get delayed or lost, guests wait for a waiter to order or ask for the bill — and management has no live view of sales and preparation times.

The solution

Four independently-deliverable pillars on one database: a QR menu that opens in the phone browser with no app or sign-up, in Arabic and English (view-only, or table ordering with cart, live tracking, call-waiter and request-bill), an admin panel for the menu, add-ons, “sold out”, tables and waiter assignment, QR printing, bills and reports, a dark large-type kitchen & bar display where each station sees only its own tickets with a sound alert, and a waiter screen where each waiter sees only their section.

The result

An order sent from the guest’s phone appears to the waiter, kitchen and admin at the same instant, and each station sees only its tickets — a restaurant that only wants a digital menu takes just the menu (view-only) and the admin panel. Each visitor gets a demo restaurant with its own data.
