Paper stamp cards get lost and anyone with a pen can stamp them, while digital schemes ask for an app and sign-up that customers skip. Worse, nothing proves the customer actually bought anything, or who handed out the free item — so the shop's books and stock drift.
A printed sticker at the counter with a fixed code. The customer scans it and types their phone (and name the first time), and the request reaches the employee's phone with the name and last four digits. The employee enters the number of items and approves: paid items become stamps and free ones are counted in the same request ("buy 2, third free": 4 items = 3 paid, 1 free). No stamp without an employee. The owner gets a log of every stamp, reward and rejection with the employee and time and totals for stock checks, a customer list, staff accounts and the card design.
Every stamp went through an employee and every reward is logged with who handed it out — so the owner can reconcile stock. Customers find their stamps by phone number from any phone, no app. Each visitor gets a demo café with customers and a log, opening by itself with no sign-in, wiped after two hours.
